Guidelines for Practices
The only requirement to be an "OTTER" is
the ability to have fun safely. The following guidelines are to help us
have as much fun as possible while staying safe.
-
Swimmers are asked to arrive no more than 15 minutes
ahead of their scheduled practice time and to be on the deck ready to
swim no less than 5 minutes before their scheduled practice time. Help
with getting equipment out and ready for team use is greatly
appreciated.
-
At the end of practice all swimmers are asked to leave the deck promptly after all equipment has been put away.
-
While waiting for practice or rides home, the only areas swimmers may be in are:
-
Locker room during changing (15 minutes)
-
Balcony - in the seats not running around
-
Area in front of the bulletin board
-
NO WHERE ELSE
Parents please arrange to be ready to pick your swimmer up at the correct time -15 minutes after they get out of the water.
DO NOT ask them to call you when they are ready.
