TSSA Champ Information
Where: UNH pool
When: March 16-19, 2007
Eligibility: Swimmers must have competed in 3
meets under their team name during the season Oct 1 – Champ date. Two meets must be league meets; the 3rd
can be any NE Swim meet.
It is highly recommended that swimmers have completed event
legally at a meet prior to Champs.
Entries: As
accurate an entry file as possible is due by 7:00 pm February 24, 2007.
Meet Manager will return to the team their entry list for review.Changes which include additions are due 2
days later, February 26, 2007 by 7pm.
Again, Meet Manager will send an entry file to teams for review. Final changes are due February
28, 20077pm. Swimmers can be scratched up to 7pm March 9,
2007. Scratches after this pay full fees.
Entries
after the 7pm deadline on February 24, 2007 are considered late. Team submitting entries late can enter relay
teams, but they will not score points.
Individual event limit:
4 individual events and 2 relays during the 3 day meet.
Aging up for individual swims:
Swimmers with a medical condition which limits their event options can
be aged up, but they will be scored with the older age group.
Exhibition swims:
Swimmers who have not completed their 3 meets with their team can swim
exhibition. This includes swimmers who
join a team late into the season.
Teams are limited to 5 exhibition
swimmers. If a team needs more slots for
additional swimmers, they may ask another team for any unused slots.
Swimmers who miss a race and can swim in an empty lane in a
subsequent heat become an exhibition swimmer for that race.

Session 1 Friday 5:00 warm ups 5:30 start 11 and up 500 Free
Email reminder will be sent
Thursday, Mar 15 to remind coaches to scratch swimmers unable to
participate. Coaches are to email
back by 7pm Thursday night.

7am warm ups 8:15 start 10 and under
Session 3 Sat pm

Seeding: Individual events of different age
groups are seeded together and broken apart for scoring. 500 free will be mixed gender swum slowest to
fastest.
Relays:
Swimmers can age up one age group.Teams can age up 2 swimmers to the next age group relay if there were
not enough swimmers to fill a relay in the lower age group. This condition does not apply when aging up 1
swimmer.
All relays score.
Fees:
Due at the beginning of the meet.
Based on the number of individual swims and relays on March
9, 2007, 7 pm.
